Growth is a process, not a destination.

Why Courage?

Growing up I was taught to look for the helpers, the heroes, those who chose to stand up and work toward a better world. I heard stories of societies where needs and wants were met, children did not go hungry, humanity engaged with arts and sciences, we grew, celebrated our diversity, and we could pursue our dreams and become the best versions of ourselves possible.

I also grew up with stories of the atrocities of war, concentration camps, governments that would rule its people rather than being ruled by the people, corporations that ravaged and destroyed nature and humanity for a few extra dollars.

Some days I feel like we’re experiencing aspects of the latter but I have the courage to keep fighting for the former. Supporting you in your ability to make happiness, develop resilience, and heal the most inner parts of yourself brings us all one step closer to a better world.
